Parkview School Council

The Parkview School Council includes parents, teachers, principal, community members, and non-teaching staff from Parkview. At the beginning of each school year, nomination forms are sent home with each student for parents to indicate their interest in becoming a voting member and/or executive member of the council. Elections and/or appointments will take place at the first Parkview School Council meeting of the new school year. All parents invited and encouraged to attend the PSC meetings.

The purpose of the school council is to promote and support the involvement of all parents in their children’s learning. Communication is the key to ensuring strong partnerships and a successful school council. For more information about the Parkview School Council including our mandate, procedures or duties, please read Parkview Public School Council By-Laws.

If you have any questions regarding the Parkview School Council or would like to volunteer your time, please contact the current Chair.
